Random Thoughts

Disclaimer: the below thoughts will be out of order and all over the place!

To add to our wonderful adventures, I am now sick with some sort of head something or other. Probably a sinus infection so sleeping at night is SUPER fun. Trying to stay away from a toddler is even more fun when all he wants is to be with mommy and daddy - but I watch from afar and rest so I can be a better mother to him.

Currently, he’s out on the ATV with his dad…. again. Don’t worry, dad is taking it very easy on him and not driving the “hard” path - yet (at least until his surgery wound heals). At some point, once we get the infusion schedule down, we’ll take the little man camping. I bought this ginormous tent that could probably sleep about 28 people (exaggeration) comfortably. Cory has land where he grew up and there’s a barn there we can use that has running water, electricity and a big screen TV LOL. We also have plans to head to my parents’ beach house and spend time in the mountains. I don’t think we’ve ever taken James to the mountains before. Do you think he’d like the Biltmore house?

Cory and I are planning to go to the Batten Disease Support and Research Association in St. Louis, MO this year. Anyone want to come with us?? I suppose that’s all for now. Just random musings on things we plan to do with and for James.
